About the role

As a Lead UX Designer, you will work with clients from around the world across enterprise and consumer apps on native and web platforms to craft world-class user experiences. You will be responsible for setting the directive, meeting deadlines, ensuring quality on deliverables, and have the opportunity to work with experienced product managers, developers, project managers, and UX Researchers to rapidly build, ship, and create world-class products.

  • Lead a team of UX Designers
  • Translate experiences into interaction prototypes and artifacts
  • Participate in user research, assist in generating end-user insights, and converting research findings into actionable results
  • Take part in developing prototypes to test and ensure aesthetic consistency
  • Assist in the collection of client requirements
  • Execute remote user testing experiments
  • Adhere and set standards and processes
  • Collaborate with other members in the pursuit of common goals, setting up a design process and driving decisions.
  • Contribute to the scope definition and phasing of project timelines
  • Design stunning user interfaces and information architecture using participatory and iterative design techniques
  • Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually
  • Participating as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes visual designers, product owners, UX writers, and developers.

You must have

  • A Master's/Bachelor's degree in design
  • A great portfolio showcasing your work. Showcasing enterprise products will be a great advantage.
  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Ability to accept feedback, re-work, and make the copy better
  • Experience delivering detailed wireframes, great-looking UI, and user flows for complex applications.
  • Keen ability to propose designs and ideas that advocate the needs of the user and business
  • Well-versed in using design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite) to create products and deliverables.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adhere to project schedule/timelines
  • Establish a clear and consistent UX vision for your day-to-day work
  • The ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in an agile environment
  • You are detail-oriented and have highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • You must be a self-starter who will bring original ideas and fresh approaches to each project they work on.
  • Experience setting creative direction for consumer-facing products for web and mobile
  • Organize and document multiple projects and the team’s work in writing
